Happy New Year !
We wish all our clients a Happy New Year and may 2020 be a great year for all.
Some of our team had to be re-charged more than once over December with all the Storm claims that piled up, BUT… we are now all rested and looking forward to a productive 2020!
We are all back in the office as from the 6th of January, ready to assist all of our clients with their insurance needs.
Some tips to look out for when coming back from holiday
Are all your Electrical Appliances in working order?
We all had major Storms over December and trusty Eskom never fails to disappoint on Load shedding times, so we urge you to have a look at all your appliances as well as alarm and gate motor systems that they are not affected.
“Geez look how long my grass is!”
While getting the garden in shape, also have a look at your Gutters and storm water drains. With all the rain we have had throughout the country we suggest you look at unblocking your gutters from old leaves and looking at your storm drains for branches or garbage that might have come from your neighbour’s yard.
Roof leaks
Make sure that your roof tiles are all secure and that you have no cracks in the ridges. Once again the recent wet weather in combination with a very hot summer could have created some waterproofing issues that might need repairs.

Most families did not use their one car as frequently as usual over the December period, and now its time to get back into the rat race. Please take care that your tires are the right pressure and ensure that your oil and water levels are still fine. You don’t want to lose a tire in the 68 days of January (Payday wise me mean)

As a Drone Specialist we are looking at expanding our product to offer more benefits to our clients. We started in 2015 with the first ever Comprehensive Drone policy in South Africa and will be offering more cover to our clients like Loss of Pilots licence, Pilot Excess waiver, Extended Third Party Liability and many more. We will keep all our Dronies up to date on the developments.
